They mark the beginning of spring!
They are so eager to please!
They make it easy to pretend I'm in a far-off land!
They follow the sun!
They come in such happy colors - one vase of tulips makes a room sing!
And they play nicely with other flowers!
They are equally care-free casual and refined elegance.
They age gracefully.
I will be joining you. Maybe a nice warm drink outside a cafe alongside a canal would be a nice addition to our day too- with a bunch of tulips wrapped in brown paper and string tied to the back of our bikes. What a day!
